11 immigrants burned alive to death inside vehicle in Greece

 11 refugees have died Saturday morning after an accident on the Kavala-Thessaloniki axis.

The tragedy occurred at 05:15 am after the vehicle with which they were traveling at a high speed crashed into a truck and then the two vehicles got fire.

11 refugees who were inside the vehicle could not get out and burned alive. While the driver of the other vehicle is easily injured.

According to the first estimates of the road police who went to the scene the driver of the vehicle with which the refugees were traveling lost control for unknown reasons.

It is also reported that the 11 refugees have been victims of traffickers' networks that have been taken from the Greek-Turkish border to take them to Thessaloniki through payment.

Because they are all burned, it is very difficult to identify their troops, DNA testing for verification will is expected.

The road police also started a special investigation into this tragic accident.
