Tirana also has a space of innovation and professional robotics dedicated to children, as a way to promote the spirit of creation to them, education with creativity, innovation, curiosity, technical skills and entertainment. After four successful years in Gjakova and Prishtina, the "Bonevet" center also comes to Tirana, where children can learn through advanced technology and games.
At the opening of this center in the capital, the head of the Municipality of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, described this initiative as a fantastic opportunity for children from different social backgrounds to learn programming and coding language."Everyone wants change, so things are done, but no one says I will do it myself. Everyone says: No, no, let change come, but someone else must change. I believe that this challenges not just a group of children. I am convinced that each of you finds yourself, for mechanics, electronics, but what I believe is more important is to understand that this is a fantastic opportunity that maybe is not posible for all of Albania's children. I am glad that here are children from the Child's House, from different communities," Veliaj said.
He expressed the will of the Municipality of Tirana to support in a concrete way such initiatives that are innovation and that will transform Albania. "I want to put a fund in the Tirana Municipality budget to join the challenge, and then you can decide for yourself how you will use it. You can use it as a scholarship, you can use it to add capabilities, you can use it to add the programs you offer, but we want to be part of a success story that arises today. Call us partners, not only with the bargain, but also to invest in a novelty that will transform Albania," he said.
