Arben Isaraj, the General Director of the Road Transport Directorate, has resigned after his brother a day earlier is arrested for the criminal offense of Illegal Possession and Production of Narcotics.
Isaraj is addressed with a letter to the Ministry of Energy and Transport, explaining the motive for his resignation.
"To not directly or indirectly influence with my high administrative position, in the independence of justice in Albania, I resign from the position of the General Director at the General Directorate of Road Transport," Isaraj argues.
