About 1532 Albanian public administration employees will be trained in the Code of Ethics, communication and behavior towards the citizen.
The training sessions started today for the first-line service providers (Front Office). These employees were selected from various institutions such as the Property Treatment Agency, Immovable Property Registration Office, General Directorate of Customs, Compulsory Health Insurance Fund, Health Insurance Institute, General Directorate of Taxation, The National Food Authority, the General Directorate of Road Transport Services and the National Employment Service.Present at the first session of the training to greet participants and to emphasize the importance of this initiative was Deputy Prime Minister Senida Mesi, who leads the Public Administration Reform as one of the five key priorities of the Albanian government in the European path of our country.
In her speech, Mesi stressed that these trainings are one of the basic elements of what the Albanian government is doing, building the "Administration We Want" by reinvigorating and revitalizing it in order to respond to the current needs of society and our economy, integration processes and increasing demands of citizens.
"Obviously, each of you and all of us should do our duty to every citizen and business in Albania by serving with quality, timely and transparently, but I believe we are all aware that there is still much to Improved in this regard! Therefore, these trainings focus on service to the citizen, similar to the principle of customer care," said Mesi, underlining the fact that during the trainings there will be highly qualified trainers who have long experience in the field of public services.
