In case of instability, Macedonia may be dissolved and this would be the worst scenario, Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias said in an interview to the Greek television ERT.
According to him, the best policy for the Balkans future is the cooperation between Greece and Macedonia.Kotzias reminded that the referendum in Macedonia was advisory and not a precondition for the implementation of the Prespa Agreement, which was signed by the foreign ministers of the two states.
According to the Greek minister, the real number of voters in Macedonia is 1.2 and not 1.8 million people, as calculated on the electoral rolls.
He stressed that in the last 20 years there have been no lists updated in that country and that 300,000 people are abroad.
