A minor Albanian girl from Kosovo has become a mother. An unusual story comes from the village of Uglar, Gjilan, where a 14-year-old girl became a mother on November 24 this year, while the baby's father is her cousin.
The baby's birth is an incest, where the 14-year-old girl had sexual intercourse with her 16-year-old cousin.The baby, which has come to life from the sexual intercourse of two juveniles has been abandoned and is currently in hospital.
The 14-year-old girl gave birth at Gjilan Regional Hospital. The case was confirmed by the Kosovo Police of Gjilan region. The Kosovo Police have shown that even the baby's father is only 16 years old.
"The girl who gave birth is born on 10.06.2004, the case was reported on November 24 at the Gjilan Regional Hospital, tshe has the baby with a person born on 10.01.2001," confirmed the Kosovo Police for the Gjilan region .
Gjilan Regional Hospital have confirmed that the baby has been abandoned but is continuing to stay in hospital because it is still in therapy.
Head of Department for Mother and Child, Blerim Bajrami from Gjilan Hospital said that the baby is abandoned and after the New Year it is expected that the baby will be taken by the responsible institutions.
We recall that on this week's Tuesday at the Clinical Clinic Clinical Center of the University Clinical Center of Kosovo (UCCK), a 13-year-old girl also gave birth to a child.
