Italian State Police arrested the 32-year-old Abdrerrhane Moussaid of Morocco as responsible for raping an Albanian girl 10 years ago.
Italian media write that he is was caught in flagrante as he visited the Schengen area for tourist motives, while in the Italian state he was sentenced to at least 5 years in prison.The punishment was taken in 2012 for the charge of group rape and kidnaping, by the Moroccan on 18 December 2012 against the Albanian citizen.
The girl in her testimony for that night stated she was approaching a foreign male to whom she had a sexual attraction. While the 32-year-old, at the time after getting her into the car, came up with an excuse and unexpectedly opened up the luggage.
Within the luggage was hiding a second foreign male and both together forced the victim to commit sexual intercourse.
After the violence, both men robbed the girl by taking some of her personal items, including the wedding ring, and then escaped.
