The Institute of Public Health of Albania confirms that no case of flu has been reported in our country, when in fact, two years ago in the same period there was a problematic situation of influenza.
Meanwhile the anti-flu vaccines are distributed throughout the health centers, which are provided free of charge to different population groups and, according to doctors, there have been increasing demands of citizens to apply the vaccine.This year, 100,000 doses of free vaccines have been provided, which will be used in those population groups that are most at risk of influenza, due to the complications that this virus may have associated with chronic illness in the patient.
In some health centers, the vaccines are ending and is expected to be supplied again by the Institute of Public Health.
