Albania and Thailand may have never met in history, but "Miss Albania" has just created a strong bond during the "Miss Universe" that was recently developed in this Asian country.
The Thai followers of Trejsi Sejdini, the 18-year-old from Elbasan, representing Albania in Miss Universe, followed her at the airport with Albanian flags and benevolent banners. They have even called "Nong Trey," or "Little Sister Trey". Social networks in Thailand are filled with open pages in support of the girl whom the Thai people think they should have won.
"She looks like a person with a strong and sweet character at the same time," said one of Miss Universe's most prolific supporters, Patty Suvanmanee. "She breaks the rules. She is not afraid to make sex pose, nor does she pretend to be a 'good girl' looking for beauty shows. People are interested because she is herself".
"She treats the fans very well, greets them and meets them. She even speaks words in Thai she learned. Everybody loves her and feels connected with her," says Patty.
Many Sejdi's videos have become viral in Thailand, in which she says in Thai: Mama, I'm here. I'm a good girl.
