EU Ambassador to Tirana, Luigi Soreca, in a statement to the media, while revealing the visit of the European Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs in Tirana, spoke also about the Opposition protest.
Shortly after the Opposition announcement for protests in front of the Assembly, the EU Ambassador in Tirana demanded the development of a peaceful and nonviolent protest. Regarding the giving up of the mandates by the united opposition, Soreca said the opposition place is in the Assembly, demanding dialogue with the Government."The Opposition place, Parliament. The Government and the Opposition must dialogue. Government must continue the work on EU integration.
The EP representative will be tomorrow in Tirana. Call the opposition for a peaceful and nonviolent protest," Ambassador Soreca said.
