The Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) dismissed today the Prosecutor Irma Balli, at the Korça Appeals Prosecution Office.
IQC after reviewing the documentation and the hearing session on 12.02.2019 of Irma Balli, decided today to dismiss the Prosecutor of Korça Appeals Prosecution Office.The reasoned decision of the headed panel of Lulzim Hamitaj, Olsa Komici and Suela Zhegu will be public to commissioners and international observers within 30 days.
This decision can be appealed to the Special Appeals Panel by the Re-evaluation Subject and / or the Public Commissioner 15 days from the date of the notification of the IQC decision. The appeal is filed at IQC office.
