At the end of the meeting of the Albanian Democratic Party (DP) leadership, Lulzim Basha announced to the media the decisions taken today. According to him, the Democrats have decided to protest not only in districts but also in the capital, and for this will be drafted a calendar with all the dates, according to him, albeit the DP is now illegal as its MPs abandoned their Parliamentary mandates.
"We will draft a calendar of popular protests throughout the country and the national protests in Tirana," said the head of state.The second decision was to "establish the political and organizational headquarters at central and local level, which in cooperation with the united opposition will progress with the calendarof the protests".
Basha also said that the democrats along with the protests will continue to disclose the alternative and the DP program. He added that the party intends to be empowered and does not give up on requests for early elections, so it is being worked to find the most worthy candidates.
