The Interior Affairs and Complaints Service at the Interior Ministry handcuffed a firefighter accused of "Torture" and "Domestic Violence" offenses. But the arrestee fireman Lorenc Hatia is not unknown to the Albanian public.
Just two years ago he became a 'hero' as he was one of the firefighters who took part in the rescue of the National Library of Albania that was in fire on March 16, 2017.
