 Another judge has been stuck in the Vetting's 'net'. Hysni Demiraj, head of the Court of Appeal of Tirana, has been dismissed today by Independent Qualification Commission (IQC).

IQC has announced today the dismissal of the head of the Tirana Appeal Court, Hysni Demiraj.

The hearing on Demira is held on February 13, when Hysni Demiraj faced the wealth issues, his court decisions, and a series of denunciations by an Appellate Judge, while replying with the IOM observer on ethics and a debt of Lek 5 million, to a businessman.

The investigation on the subject is conducted in all three re-evaluation criteria, that of property, image purity, and professional skills.

Relating to his property, The High Inspectorate of Wealth Control submitted the report with the finding that the declaration is accurate and in accordance with the law.
