8 protesters arrested in Tirana for exercising violence

 

 The State Police has arrested 8 protesters because they have exercised violence in today's protest in front of the parliament.

"During the rally the participants have objected, striking with strong tools and explosives the police officers, planned with service in the surrounding areas of the Albanian Parliament", the police say

After analyzing the film footage, the arrested in flagrance 8 citizens for the criminal offenses "Organization and participation in illegal gatherings and manifestations", "Opposition of the police officer of public order" and "Breaking the public peace".

- N.C., 36, resident of Sukth, Durres (previously convicted for theft and  driving without licence);
- A. M., 23, resident in Tirana (formerly convicted of theft);
- E.C., 33, resident in Burrel;
- L.D., 37, resident in Burrel (formerly convicted of theft);
- A.P., 23, resident in Tirana;
- M.N., 31, resident in Kamza;
- L. B., 41, resident in Gramsh;
- E.G. 36, resident in Lezha.

Some capsules, gloves, hoods, masks, metal parts, flakades etc. are used by police in the quality of material evidence.
