The exchange of experiences and providing scholarships to different countries of the world is a priority for students who aim for a successful career in the future. Within the framework of mobility projects, the Austrian Ambassador to Albania Johan Sattler was present at a private University in Tirana - Luarasi University.
He introduced to the students the application procedure for scholarships at the Alpbach Summer school in Austria and called on them to take advantage of this opportunity, valid until March 29. "It's a pleasure for me to be here today at your university. Alpbach is a small village in Austria called the "place of thinkers". This country brings together different perspectives and dimensions, not only in politics and economics but also in social and art issues. There is a wide panorama where about 5,000 young people from Europe and the world gather for exchange of experiences. If you think that the project is of interest to you, you must apply for the scholarships that we offer each year," said the Austrian ambassador. The European Forum Alpbach is one of the most enduring and successful forums in Europe, attended by more than 3,000 students from 80 countries around the World, lecturers from the most popular European Universities, specialists and professionals from various fields, political leaders, etc. Luarasi University has been supporting students for this academic and extracurricular platform over the years, which serves not only to the student life but also the enrichment of each student's curriculum. The European Forum Alpbach was founded in 1945 in Alpbach, Tirol, Austria also called "The Village of Thinkers" by Otto Molden. The Forum aims to spread the spirit of tolerance through constructive dialogue, mixing generations and nations to address global issues, to foster cultural and economic development, and to encourage European integration. The main objective of the European Alpbach Forum (EFA) is to link international decision makers from all sectors of society to an interested and committed audience in order to create an interdisciplinary discussion forum for debate about generic, ideological and other barriers that the youth share. According to the forum, the commitment to supporting pluralistic and democratic societies led by the spirit of tolerance stems from the will to contribute to a better world.
