Dritan Mardodaj, MEMENTO

 The Ettore Archinti Museum hosts Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 March 2019, "Memento" a solo by Dritan Mardodaj, focused on the theme of the memento mori and vanity.

The exhibition consists of a variegated corpus of works created in different periods. Photographs, readymades and installations will give shape to a thematic exhibition.

Through a personal and strongly codified language, the works must also "communicate" among themselves, being in "symbiosis"; since according to the author the works must also suggest the meaning or make available the tools to "read" or understand another work, placed near, far, side, in front, so as to penetrate the best possible in the head or in the soul of the visitor. Create the effect or impression of estrangement, essential for the success of a contemporary art exhibition.

Born in 1983, graduated in 2011 in Cultural Heritage at the University of Parma and in 2014 in history and art criticism at the Milan State University, Mardodaj has participated in several collective and personal exhibitions in Italy and Albania.
