The former Kosovo Assembly deputy, LDK leader Gani Geci, thinks he is  being followed by some cars with Albanian license plates, so his life is in danger. Geci also warns that he has also informed the Kosovo Police about this.

He shared his concerns on 'Facebook'. He writes that he has been informed by some friends that 'a car with license plates from Albania is traveling to Drenica and his life may be in danger'.

"Immediately our brother went to Drenas and he told to Gani to be careful as some vehicles with Albanian license plates are traveling in Drenica and there are eyewitnesses that his life may be in danger.

Immediately our brother called the Police Department of Serious Crimes in Pristina and with their guidance he reported the case to the nearest police station in Drenas and I believe that the competent authorities will treat the case with great seriousness and sensitivity " writes Geci.

He further states that two investigating police officers in Pristina had the same information and that one could be preparing any assassinations for him.

"Two investigative police officers of serious crimes in Pristina have nearly accessed similar information and have investigated that someone from Albania is also preparing an assassination against our brother Gani.

The police in Drenas asked our brother that by chance there was a direct threat? Gani answered that there were never direct threats because the direct threats apart from sharing with the police were restored to the same form by always protecting ourselves with the power we have.

Our brother Gani Geci has given a statement at the Police Station in Drenas and under the escort of the police has returned to Skenderaj," he says.
