The International Monetary Fund (IMF) estimates that Serbia's GDP growth will be 3.5% in 2019 and 4% in 2020, said IMF head of office in Serbia, Sebastian Sosa.
"Despite the negative influences expected to come from the eurozone, the IMF keeps unchanged its projections for Serbia," he said."Forecasts for the global and European economy have been revised downward as well as for countries like Germany and Italy," Sosa continued.
"These two countries are close trading partners wto Serbia and will have direct and indirect effects," he said.
"This certainly that poses a risk, but for the moment, we will keep forecasts for an increase of 3.5% this year and 4% for 2020," the IMF representative in Serbia said.
