The Democratic Party (DP) leades gathered under the lidership of Lulzim Basha and all the focus of the meeting was on organizing the March 16 protest.
Sources from this meeting stated that the Prime Minister Basha requested the contact of as many people as possible to keep as high as possible the anti-government spirit."March 16's participation must exceeds that of February 16." This was the request and order of Basha and the heads of DP branches in the districts.
"Let's seduce the elite in each field. Everything in function of political action and protest," said Basha.
Likewise, the same sources claim that the DP chairman stated that "Rama's departure is a matter of national emergency. There is no normality in the country, for Rama, no minute of calm."
In his speech, before the DP leaders, Lulzim Basha said:"We does not accept an Albania with one party and criminals and a Government cought by the crime!"
