Mavraj: I left Greece because there was no Mosque to pray
 Mërgim Mavraj

The Albanian footballer Mërgim Mavraj has revealed the reason of why he left the Greek team of Aris.

His decision to leave Greece came only 6 months after his transfer to Aris because there is no Mosque to pray.

"I left Greece very soon because the main reason was that there was no Mosque to pray. I say it with full sincerity, because the life of the footballer is not just the game in the field. There are many other hours that man passes into private life, and I missed a lot the Mosques. There was no Mosques at all there.

I was used to this, with my brothers, with things that relax me out off football and then those activities that are related to my religion, with my friends.

I was not there for vacation and I did not intended to make a luxury lifestyle or go to the beach every day, but I had goals.

These goals did not match at all..." Mavaraj told to Telesport.
