The parties of the Center-Left held the electoral congress in Athens. For the first time in the history of the modern Greece, in the upcoming local and European elections, PASOK has chosen to have Albanian emigrants who already have Greek citizenship on its lists.

"It's a milestone for all Albanians. After 30 years, the time has come for us to have the right to be elected and to choose. We are part of this historic moment. We must be aware of and participate and vote massively," Eda Gemi, who is a candidate for the European Parliament, said in an interview to Top Channel.
