The son of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha says that the American journalist Guy Lawson is not deceived, but is a stage manager of frauds. The journalist's allegations that he was involved in the weapons business before the Gerdec tragedy, are consideret by Shkëlzen Berisha slander.

You have used my inability to find this email to lie to the Court and to the public, despite receiving the email, saying that I did not contact you.
Thankfully, this email, which was launched to zou on March 18, 2011, just a few days after your publication in the Roling Stone magazine, was found in the archive of one of my friends, to whom I sent it after you. This email will certainly be presented to the Court as evidence in Appeal and today to the public as evidence of your lies.
You have hidden this email in the intent and it proves once again that, in this story you are not a fool, but the director of fraudsters.
This is not only shown by the concealment of this email, but also your statement before the court when you say "you did not contact me because you knew that I would deny the claims for links with AEY".
Of course I would deny with facts a story with which I had no connection, but your prejudice is not related to the standards of journalism but the need to sell to the public a fictional story as it would fit your pocket and not the true.

Belliu, who you have identified as a source, told the Court that he did not know me at all and had no knowledge of whether or not I was involved in the history of Gerdec or AEY and that the things he told you I had read in some of the local media in Albania.
Kokalari who was originally considered as the source for your book, along with my lawyer's question you have labeled with "respect" as a "maniacal maniac" you could not believe.
The NYT article as far as I am concerned is based only on the conversation Trebicka - Diveroli. The first one spoke in 2008 after the article, with public statements and testimony in the procuration that he did not believe Diveroli was telling the truth about me. But you chose to ignore my statement. At the end Diveroli's statement that he had invented everything proved that you were chosen to close your eyes to the truth in favor of a story that only fit your pocket.
You lie again when you say that the Ambassador Withers has implicated me in this story. The Ambassador has cited some Albanian media writings and what he claims that Mr. Hoxha told to him. In any case, the Ambassador did not say whether or not he trusts his resources. So in this case your source is not the American Ambassador but Mr. Hoxha and some local media.
You have chosen to ignore Mr Hoxha's public statement published in the local media right after the publication of WikiLeaks, where he refutes these cablegrams and also denies mentioning my name at this meeting. Just like the statement you have chosen to ignore his testimony before a Court that dismisses your claims.
You have also decided to ignore all my declarations that throw down my relationship with this story even though they have been published in many local media.
You have chosen not to read "Mr. Trebicka's declaration when said that he believed that I was not involved in this affair and this is widely published and covered by local media.
Because you have chosen to "read" and "import" from the Albanian media (funded by my father's political opponents), only the slanders of a story that fit to your pocket and deliberately ignored any statement of mine or people others who would sent you toward the truth.
Your standard of the truth is even lower than that of some local Albanian media (part of the political slander machine) that you cite, because, unlike you, they did not have the opportunity to read the report of the Department of Defense investigators according to whose Podrizki who claimed to have been in a meeting with me, did not recognized Shkelzen Berisha when they showed his picture.
Of course, Podrizki in contradiction to what he had sworn in, "become with eyes" and "regained the memory" once you offered money (this is accepted before the Court) for your book.
If we take the resources of the media or people you've cited all the summaries of Diveroli, Podrizki and the slanders of the media or local actors in Albania. All of these are contradicted by important testimonials, from the sources themselves, as well as by me with legal statements and lawsuits before which you have closed your eyes to not "disturb" the story of your pocket.
More seriously, you have deliberately ignored the legal process convictions committed in Albania and the US, respectively for Gerdec and AEY, where in any case hundreds of thousands of questioned on thousands of pages do not exist, and there is no single evidence found linking me with these issues or link these two affairs to each other

Shkelzen Berisha: Like the inventions of the book, you lie when you say that the Court said that these two stories are related to each other...The judge simply pointed out that there were claims in the media for my inclusion in these two stories tha same as mentioned the allegations of Lottery (for which Mr. Balla was condemned for defamation) or for CEZ (for which the source of Mr. Balla has been condemned for defamation) but she has not even linked these stories with each other and has not accepted these allegations as true.
