The President of the Association of Thermal and Health Tourism (TESTUD), Yavuz Yilik, said that with the organizing arrangements for promoting Turkey's thermal health tourism, they have created a significant awareness in Russia.
In his written statement, "Turkey's goal for 2020 is to bring about 100,000 Russian citizens and gain $ 1 billion in rehabilitation and thermal tourism", as the Turkish state media writes.He underlined that Russians recognize Turkey only for the sea, sand and sun therefore there is much to be done to introduce them to Turkey's health tourism, cure waters, quality complexes and rehabilitation centers.
He said that with the organization and activities, which are realized all year round, positive results have been obtained from Russia.
