The Serbian Serb, Aleksandar Vucic, said he was surprised by the statement of the US Ambassador to Belgrade Kyle Scott that no one should blame only Pristina.
Scott said yesterday said "both sides are guilty of the situation created about the dialogue" and told Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic that 'Pristina is blamed enough"."I'm surprised at Scott's statement, stop, man, they're saying we're blaming the culprit. Tell us, then, what our fault is," said Vucic.
"Serbia is doing nothing against Pristina," said Vucic.
Yesterday the US Ambassador to Serbia, Kyle Scott and the Serbian Interior Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic, discussed the situation in Kosovo, namely the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Serbian media writes.
On this occasion, the US ambassador to Belgrade, Scott warned Stefanovic that "Serbia should not blame Pristina alone on the difficult and complicated situation in the dialogue".
"I think it is not very helpful to blame only one party, there are many fouls on both sides, but anyway, the solution is not blaming the other, but coming back to the dialogue table," Scott said.
"This is both the US and the EU's goal, and we encourage both sides to take that direction," Scott said.
Meanwhile, Stefanovic said he would not like to hold a conversation with the US ambassador, saying that the United States and Serbia have different views about Kosovo.
