The recent criminal events in the city of Shkodra have forced the Ministry of Interior to take serious measures. After the dismissal of the Police Director, Vehbi Bushati, today has been dismissed also the Chief of Police Commissariat, Vasil Cela, who is replaced by Lorenc Meta.
