Bernard Uka, 50-year-old was self-wounding at around 11:55 in his apartment in front of the building of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania, died in the hospital.
Oculus News sources suggest that the weapon with which the 50-year-old shot himself belonged to his police partner.It is suspected that the incident is accidental.
"At about 11:55, on the George Bush street, there is a suspicion that the citizen B. U., a 50-year-old gunman, was sent for medical help at the hospital. Work is being done to further clarify the circumstances of the event," the police announced.
