Ava Max, the pseudonym of Amanda Koçi, is born in the United States (in Milwaukee) to immigrant Albanian (from Saranda) parents. His name of art, as the singer himself reported, represents both the female world (Ava) and the male world (Max).
His career took off thanks to a casual meeting with the well-known Canadian producer Cirkut - the artistic name of Henry Walter - who has previously collaborated with Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and Rihanna. However, his real ascent began at the end of last year, thanks to her hit "Sweet But Psycho" which reached 250 million views on YouTube.His Albanian origins

Her real name is Amanda Ava Koci, she was born on February 16th 1994 in Wisconsin (USA), to parents immigrated from Albania.
Since she was a little girl, Ava is passionate about music, also thanks to a voice inherited from her opera singer mother. Already as a child Ava refined her vocal techniques by participating in many singing competitions.
