Lulzim Basha, the head of the Democartic Party (DP), said yeasterday he will unveil the Democratic Party's vision relating to the health sector in Albania, to resolve the collapse.
"We will...solve the collapse in healthcare. I will not introduce more technical details, but I will deal with aspects of mismanagement that have brought the Albanian Medicine to a coma. The Health sector in Albania requires emergency solutions. The goal is to improve the service for the citizens.The health problems did not arised today, and Albanians today pay more for health and the system is now ranked last in the Balkans. Here is the customer service and patient care index that says that the healthcare system in Albania is primitive. In the last 3 years, Albania is in the worst health system in Europe. The indicators have been deteriorating since 2013, in relation to the countries of the region," Basha said.
