Czech Republic-Albania, joint police patrols in Summer Season

 The Czech Republic and the Republic of Albania will set up joint police patrols during the summer season in the coastal cities.

The news was announced by the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to our country, Jaroslav Ludva, during his visit to Vlora, where he was welcomed by the Mayor of Vlora, Dritan Leli.

The Ambassador was accompanied by the diplomat Adriano Shino.

In his speech in Albanian, Ambassador Ludvas said that "Vlora is not only a very beautiful city, but also very important. There are many Czech tourists in Vlora because there is the sea, the mountain and it is a city of beautiful architecture."

"Every year we have more Czech tourists in Vlora. During the Summer season, in cooperation with your Ministry of Interior and with ours we will set up patrols on the coast," said Ludva.

Adriatic diplomat Shino said that "during the visit of the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Czech President of Albania in Albania on April 8, we agreed that the Czech police send their representatives here to patrol with the Albanian colleagues."

According to him, the presence of Czech tourists in Vlora and Albania is growing year by year.

In the welcome speech, the mayor thanked the Czech diplomat for the visit, while pointing to the fact that the Czech tourists have long been present for tourism in Vlora.

"The co-operation initiative comes in the rank of the highest diplomatic representation of a friendly country like the Czech Republic. Vlora remains a territory within all the great desire to cooperate with all factors outside Albania to find opportunities to promote more work, more cooperation efforts and certainly a good investment place for all those people who have the desire to become part of the change that is happening in this city, especially in the last four years, thanks to the support of the Albanian government, the European delegation in Albania and other factors that have tried to change the touristic page of the city." stressed Leli.

According to him, Vlora has turned into a new modern attraction within the tourism and not only.

"Another attraction is the economy where the space to cooperate remains in the foreground.

Leli introduced to the Czech Ambassador Ludva also the new investments that complement the Vlora tourist package, the restoration of the historic center.
