Albania's Foreign Minister Gent Cakaj, present at the Warsaw Ministerial, has debaded with his Serbian counterpart Ivica Dacic.
The clash between the ministers happened because of the Kosovo issue, Dacic requested that Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli not be part of the meeting and has been raised to leave the hall.But, at this moment, Cakaj intervened, addressing Dacic: "I know you're listening to me, so I'm talking to you. Dacic's speech is a rhetoric of the twentieth century and totally senseless. Dacic has 28 years in politics and I have 28 years of life. But because of his 28 years, I have 28 years as refugee. "
After Cakaj's intervention, the Serbian minister wanted to talk again, but was not allowed by the leader of the meeting.
Also a few days ago, a diplomatic incident took place in the Conference on "Climate in the Western Balkans" held in Tirana, where the Serbian delegation refused to stay at the same Conference with the Kosovo delegation.
