An incident occured between Serbia and Kosovo during the conference organized by UN in Tirana on "Climate in the Western Balkans".
It is learned that the Serbian delegation has refused to stay with the representatives of Kosovo. According to the protocol set by the UN, Kosovo should be represented under the UMNIK sigla.Kosovo's Minister of Environment Fatmir Matoshi said that this can not happen because Kosovo is an independent state.
Meanwhile, Minister Blendi Klosi said there was a consensus with the UN and Serbia before the conference was held and Kosovo has the status of special guests.
