The Albanian judooka of Kosovo will participate in the third Olympics of her career, while aiming to win the gold medal in Tokyo 2020, the same as he did in Rio 2016.
Only 15 months left until the world's biggest sports spectacle begins.While on Sunday, July 26, 2020, all eyes of the judo will be focused on the current Olympic champion from Kosovo, Majlinda Kelmendi, who will try to protect the crown she won in Rio 2016.
Has been already revealed the time and date of events to be held in various sports in the Summer Olympics, which will be held in Tokyo 2020, Japan.
This important event will begin on July 24 and will last until August 9, 2020.
In total, 33 sports and 339 events will be part of the Olympics, which will last 17 days.
The sport of Judo will take part in five races at the next year's Olympics.
Alongside Majlinda, there will take par also Nora Gjakova, Distrikt Krasniqi, Akil Gjakova and Loriana Kuka.
While in other sports is expected the Kosovar sportsmans to participate upon invitations.
