The two Albanian sisters, Serena and Ina Sinani, have enchanted the jury of ‘The Voice of Italy’ thanks to their musical performance.

Their performance was published by the well-known Albanian blogger Olti Curri on his Instagram profile: as evidence of how much their performance was appreciated, all four judges (Morgan, Elettra Lamborghini, Gigi d'Alessio and Gué Pequeno) turned around to have the two girls in their 'team'.

The 'Sindolls' (name of art of the sisters) have also interpreted the song "Shume pis" of Era Istrefi, appreciated above all by Gué Pequeno indicated by the girls as one of their major musical inspirations. Not surprisingly, the Italian singer was their choice regarding the ‘coach’, as the format of the show requires.

The Voice of Italy and Albania

Other Albanian singers have participated in the Italian music broadcast in the pas. The participation of Elhaida Dani is unforgettable, who won the first edition thanks to a new interpretation of ‘Adagio’ by Lara Fabian in the final which allowed her to win the contract with Universal record company.

Last year was Deborah Xhako, who had chosen Francesco Renga as a coach and who has been stopped at the semi-finals.

The program format

Unlike what happens in other talent shows, The Voice puts aspiring singers in front of a jury sitting on red armchairs with a button in front and completely back to the singer.

The latter will not be conditioned by the physical appearance of the competitor, but only by his or her "voice" (as the program title states), which will be the only element necessary to push the button and run one or more coaches, and consequently to let the competitor enter his own team.

The four coaches are defined as such because, as they form their teams, they will help the competitors improve their singing skills during their stay in the program.

After having formed the teams in the auditions, each team will see its members face each other in various eliminatory matches until the final live, where there will be one remaining finalist for each team until the victory of the best voice in Italy.

The winner of the talent show, decreed by televoting from home via landline or mobile, won a record deal of 200,000 euros with Universal Music Italia.
