Communists celebrating with photos of former dictator Enver Hoxha on May 5, 2019 |
Same as in other cases, the representatives of the Communist Party of Albania have honored today on May 5 the martyrs of the Fatherland of WW II in the Martyrs' Cemetery, Tirana, with the picture of the former dictator Enver Hoxha, with a fist, a banner and a five-pointed star, all these symbols of the communisem in Albania.
Such a provocation took place shortly after the Democratic Party's (DP) representatives left the Martyrs Cemetery and at a time when the communist dictatorship crimes have been proved for hundreds of people. This is not the first time since in every celebration the communists commemorates and pay homage to the dictator's picture. Even a year ago they clashed with DP representatives, who besides the provoking with photographs and symbols, began to cheering on...Enver Hoxha... Enver Hoxha!
The Democratic Party was committed to bringing to the Assembly a law to ban and condemn the exposure to any form of communist regime symbols, but now the Democrats are out of parliament by their wish.
