The former MEP Doris Pack has reacted through an e-mail post regarding the presentation of the progress report for Albania. In her post, Pack writes replies with EU top representative Federica Mogherini as well as the European Commissioner Johannes Hahn, who writes that both closed their eyes.
"Unfortunately, both closed their eyes in Albania, for the fact that there is no Constitutional Court there! Giant corruption, proven electoral fraud, the most important "agrar" produc is cannabis. Even the President has raised his voice for all this." Writes Pack.
