Ramush Haradinaj on Der Spiegel article |
Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj in an interview to the prestigious German newspaper Der Spiegel, has commented on why he does not want to sit at a peace table with the Serbian President Alexander Vucic.
"I will not negotiate with that bastard," said Haradinaj, a statement which the German newspaper has also placed in the title of the article, an interview published weeks ago, but repeated by the German newspaper. In the interview, Haradinaj is described as a refined state man, who enjoys popularity in Kosovo."If Haradinaj and his companions did not existed, perhaps the youngest Republic in Europe would not exist," writes Der Spiegel.
In this article is also mentioned the nick of Hardinaj, whom he held during the war in Kosovo.
"Under the nickname 'Smajl', he commanded a part of the KLA, culminating in the uprising against Serbian occupation forces in Kosovo. Today he is the head of a country seeking his country in Europe," the newspaper said.
Ramush Haradinaj in the Kosovo war was commander of the KLA in the Dukagjini area. His two brothers, Luan and Shkëlzen were killed in the war for Kosovo liberation.
