Otherwise - the IHF has said that the organization of the Championship will be given to another country.
"By the beginning of June, the organizer must respect these conditions. Otherwise, the Junior World Championships will be given to another national federation," said the letter sent by the director of the International Handball Federation, Amal Khalifa, to the Kosovo Football Federation.
The letter is a response to a complaint that the Federation of Kosovo had sent to the International Federation because during the juniors' World Cup ceremony, there was not the Kosovo flag but only the logo of the Federation.
"We want to inform you that IHF is in close contact with the Spanish Handball Federation and with the Spanish Olympic Committee. The IHF has clearly communicated to the Spanish Handball Federation and the Spanish Olympic Committee that your national flag should be displayed and your national anthem must be intensified during the 2019 World Junior World Championship," the International Federation of Handball said.
