Albanian State Institute of Statistics (ASIS) notes that the entry of Swiss citizens to Albania has increased by 29.5% compared to the same period a year ago.
For this period of 2019, Albania was "visited" by 9,530 Swiss citizens, while for the same period of the previous year, this number was 7,358.
Referring to ASIS, the total number of foreign nationals entering our country in the first quarter of 2019 is 1,105,087, increasing by 7,4% compared to the same period of 2018.
According to ASIS, the inflows of foreign visitors to our country at the beginning of this year dominates in the tourism sector while the interest of visitors for business and entrepreneurship in Albania is also gaining priority.
