Turkey's largest military training 'Denizkurdu' begins
 
 The Turkey began on Monday the largest planned military training in its history, "Sea Wolf-2019" (Denizkurdu).

The training is carried out simultaneously on the three seas surrounding Anatolia, the Mediterranean Sea, the Aegean Sea and the Black Sea. 131 boats, 57 planes and 33 military helicopters participate in the drill, according to a communiqué of the General Staff.

The exercise is planned by the Maritime Forces within the Annual Training Program of the General Staff of the Turkish Army and will be commanded and controlled by the Command of the Naval War Center. 

One of the training goals is to increase the level of operational preparation of units, ships and marine as part of the Naval Forces Command.

The training will continue until May 25.
