An incident on duty, this morning, was fatal for the 32-year-old Albanian female soldier, Zarife Hasanaj, part of the NATO mission Enhanced ForWard Presence.
Oculus News have secured the pictures of the Albanian soldier, who was initially injured by the explosion of some unexploded mines on a Latvian base, and then lost her life.
At a young age, but passionate about her profession and her job, Hasanaj posted frequently on Facebook herself while working.
The Enhanced ForWard Presence mission started in December was about to expire for 20 days.
While almost all Albanian politicians and officials have comforted her family, considering Zarife Hasanaj a real Albanian heroine.
