Rudina Hajdari Seeks Explanation by the Dutch Ambassador: Which Are the Reasons to Visas Resuming for Albanians

 The chairwoman of the Democratic Party Parliamentary group Rudina Hajdari has filed a request for the Netherlands Ambassador (Guusje Korthals Altes) in Tirana to report to the Assembly, in order to give details and figures on the reasons that led this European state to requesting the return of visas regime especially for the Albanians.

Hajdari said she would seek a concrete report and figures on Albanian crime in the Netherlands, one of the main reasons of why the Netherlands voted in favor of the request for the return of the visa regime.

"We will look for an accurate figure report to see what happened in the Netherlands in connection with the rise of the level of the criminality because of the Albanians living there. We want the Dutch ambassador to come to the Commission to explain over the Dutch request about a letter sent to the European Commission on visa restoration for Albanians," said Rudina Hajdari.

We remind that Rudina Hajdari is the chairwoman of the parliamentary committee on integration and it is expected that the hearing will take place in this committee.
