Ensuring quality care for the elderly in Germany has for several years been one of the acute problems of the health authorities of that country. The increasing of the need for this framework comes as a result of population aging, a development that is in contravention of the number of German youth opting for this profession.
To find a solution to this acute problem, Germany has tried to date some measures, mainly by recruiting and educating nurses of this profile from Eastern European countries, and here too are involved also Albania and Kosovo.
The problem is so sharp and requires solutions even from the highest levels of the state.
