The International Monitoring Operation requires the dismissal of the chief prosecutor of Kavaja Madani after passed the Vetting

 The International Monitoring Mission has submitted to the Public Commissioners a recommendation for appealing the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission (IQC) of the confirmation on duty of the Kavaja Chief Prosecutor Artan Madani.

Prosecutor Madani has been confirmed on duty by the IQC on July 1.

Public Commissioners, after being notified in writing of the decision by the Independent Qualification Commission, will review it in addition to the recommendation of the International Monitoring Mission.

According to the law, the Public Commissioners, within 15 days from the date of notification of the decision by the Independent Qualification Commission, have the right to appeal to the Special Appellate Panel.
