1.5m euros in bank accounts belonging to the former director are seized
 
 1.5m euros in bank accounts, allegedly obtained by illegal sources, have been seized by police.

Top Channel learns that the money belongs to Ferdinant Shehu, who has been the head of State Cadastre Agency (SCA) for the Tirana region. He has been dismissed in 2011, a position he was assigned in 2010. While in 2006-2010 he held the position of Deputy Director General at the Agency for Legalization, Urbanization and Integration of Informal Areas/Buildings.

The reason for Shehu's dismissal was his lack of personal integrity.

The news of the dismissal was given by SCA's representative, Shpresa Muha, who then stated that Shehu had misled the appointing bodies, failing to declare four years of work in the Vlora investigation structures.

Referring to the documents, SCA disclosed two details of the biography of the former director of the Tirana regional office, which did not appear on the CV. “Through manipulation in the biography, leaving him with 4 years of experience as an investigator in the Vlora district (Order no. 8, dated 22.8.1988 of the General Investigator).

Meanwhile, police announced that recently, through a private bank, Shehu has attempted to transfer 1m euros abroad, with the justification for financial investment, while placing another 500,000 euros in time deposits.
