Agron Selmani, 41, has been detained after the DSS Diplomatic Security Service discovered another case of forgery and visa fraud, considered a serious crime in the US, which is also a criminal offense by the Albanian Penal Code.

But among the documents he submitted to the embassy before being interviewed, he also submitted false data, such as a diploma that presented the 41-year-old as a graduate of Jordan Misja High School in Shkodra.
