Three people lost their lives in Greece after the helicopter they were flying crashed into the sea. The tragedy took place Tuesday afternoon in Galatas, in front of the island of Poros, south of the Saronic Gulf.
The rescuers arrived immediately at the scene, who, after two hours of searching, found the dead bodies of both Russian-speaking passengers and the Greek pilot. The helicopter was rented by a jet-taxi company and the final destination was Athens International Airport.

The cause of the accident is believed to have been the contqact of the propellers with the electric cables linking Galatan with Poros. Both of these areas are reportedly currently without electric power.
