According to Stamatovic, the best way to safeguard Kosovo is through an interstate agreement to be granted to the Russian Federation at a specific time, while Serbs living in Kosovo to become automatically Russian citizens except the Serbian citizenship.
According to him, this is the only solution at the moment when Tirana through the project Greater Albania aims to unite Kosovo, by adopting a draft law enabling Albanian citizenship to anyone who proves that their predecessors are Albanians.
Due to the new threats and the operation of the creation of a "Greater Albania" on the territory of Serbia, no option should be ruled out, Stamatovic said among other things.
