Genc Logu, a resident of the capital and sentenced to four years in prison by the Tirana District Court, in collaboration with three other citizens have stolen two vehicles, one in the Don Bosco area and the other in Artan Lenja Street.
Oculus News discovered that the citizen in question also has previous criminal precedents.
The relevant materials were referred to the Tirana Judicial District Prosecutor's Office for further action.
