Ukraine removes Al Bano Carrisi from the blacklist

  Al Bano Carrisi will no longer be on the black list of Ukraine, as decided by the Kiev government a few months ago. The announcement was made by the singer's lawyer, who explained that the singer is no longer on the blacklist of Ukraine.

"Everything has been clarified with the new government. He will be removed from the blacklist. His competences are artistic, musical and his vision is always peaceful.'

Ukraine has criticized Al Bano relating to his statements about belonging to the Crimean peninsula.

"I have never been interested on this issue as I am a singer and not a politician. I hope they will invite me and welcome me to Ukraine for a great concert for peace,” the singer said.
